Sussex Downs Trail Run

Course

Routes of 10.8km, 15.5km and 21.3km start and finish at Plumpton Racecourse near Lewes. Each opens with a flat tree-lined section of about 3.5km before climbing onto the South Downs Way, with long descents and open views. On-course water and refreshment stations carry first aid cover.
