Course
A 21.1 km circular course through several Ettlingen districts, starting at the Horbachpark pavilion. The first kilometre climbs steadily through forest towards the Spessart, topping out near 400 m, about 250 m above the town, just before halfway. The second half runs mostly downhill with views over the Rhine plain before rolling to the finish at the Horbachsee. Surfaces are well-made paths, some gravel and some asphalt, with aid every 3 km.
