Course

All three races start and finish at St Ives Showground and run out through Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, Garigal National Park, Manly Dam and the surrounding reserves. Genuine bush singletrack and fire trail with steady climbing — about 976m for the 30km, 1,572m for the 50km and 2,914m for the 100km. Courses are marked with signage and trail flags, with marshals at key intersections.
