Course

All distances start at The Lawns at the Roundhouse on Roundhouse Road, Camps Bay. The 42 km TMC Classic circumnavigates Table Mountain with substantial climbing; the 27 km TMC Challenge climbs to higher ground above the Atlantic; and the 15 km TMC Baby stays on the scenic lower slopes and suits newcomers. Refuel stations are placed on all routes.

The Table Mountain Challenge runs three trail distances — 15km, 27km and 42km — on the slopes of Table Mountain above Cape Town. Expect sustained climbing, rocky footing underfoot and long exposed stretches, with the 42km the hardest of the three.
