Course

An alpine trail weekend at Taos Ski Valley. Saturday's Up & Over 10k climbs 2,612 feet from the 9,321-foot base to 11,819 feet, then drops back on technical trail. Sunday's Vert-K goes straight up Al's Run, a black diamond ski run, for 1,497 feet of climb, with a 1k out-and-back kids race on Pioneer Run.
