Linear route following the Thames towpath upstream from Bishops Park in Fulham to a finish at Henley-on-Thames, passing Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede and Windsor. Flat riverside towpath with around 350m of climb over the full 100km. Options range from 22km quarters to the full 100km, run continuously or over two days. Rest stops roughly every 12.5km.
