Course
An anti-clockwise loop from Streatley-on-Thames: east along the Thames, north up the Grand Union Canal, then back down the Oxford Canal to the start. Mainly rural towpaths and footpaths with some urban stretches. Nine checkpoints roughly every 25 miles provide food, toilets, sleeping tents and medical cover, the larger ones indoors with hot meals.
