Thanksgiving XC Classic

Course

A European-style cross-country course set in Reid Park, Tucson, with hay bale barriers and lanes to bypass them. The 5K runs two loops and the fun run one, starting near Ramada #10 at the southwest corner of the park at 22nd St and Country Club Rd. Underfoot is mostly grass and dirt with a little asphalt, over hilly ground.

The Thanksgiving XC Classic is a cross country-style 5K and 1.5-mile fun run/walk held on Thanksgiving morning in Tucson, Arizona, organized by the local running club RunSAR for runners and walkers of all ages.
