Lap racing at Bear Creek Lake Park in Lakewood, 99% on soft-surface singletrack. Saturday ultras: 100K is 5 laps with 4,336 ft of gain (16 h), 50 mile 4 laps (15 h), 50K 3 laps (14 h), all closing 9:30 pm. Sunday: half marathon (887 ft, 4 h), 10K (3 h) and 5K (2.5 h).

The Bear Chase Race Endurance Festival is a 100K, 50 Mile, 50K, Half Marathon, 10K and the New 5k trail race at beautiful Bear Creek Lake Park, in Lakewood, CO. An excellent race for first time trail and ultramarathoners, runners will experience a variety of challenging terrain and sweeping panoramic views throughout the race. The course is pretty fast (by trail/ultra standards), and not overly technical.
