The County Marathon

Course

A point-to-point marathon starting in Wellington and finishing in Picton in front of the Crystal Palace, running past waterline views, rolling hillsides and farmland across Prince Edward County. The half marathon joins the route near Sandbanks Provincial Park. Both are Athletics Canada certified and count as Boston qualifiers. A 5K fun run, a marathon relay for teams of two to five and a kids 1K run alongside them.

The County Marathon runs through Prince Edward County, Ontario, past the region's vineyards, farmland and historic villages. Marathon, half marathon, relay and 5K options showcase one of Ontario's best-known wine regions.
