Course
A flat lap course through Henderson Park's native bush and open green spaces, starting and finishing at 41 Wilsher Crescent, Henderson. The loop has no stairs and is wheelchair accessible, though some gravel sections are rougher underfoot. Participants complete as many laps as they like within the 7am–7pm window.

The Henderson Shuffle is a 12 Hour endurance run/walk event based at Henderson Park. Competitors can run or walk as many 4km loops as they can within the time limit. The course combines wide cycleway paths and bush trail, suitable for all abilities.
