The Hustle at Pinehurst

Course

A 12.5 km circuit from near the White Oaks Pavilion at Pinehurst Lake Conservation Area, winding through Carolinian forest, wrapping around Pinehurst Lake and rolling through open meadow. About 70 percent is natural trail, with rooty sections and long rhythmic stretches and around 233 m of climb per loop. Four aid stations - at roughly 4.5, 6 and 9 km plus the start/finish - carry water, Skratch and snacks. Runners take one loop for the 12.5 km, two for the 25 km and four for the 50 km or relay.
