The Intertidal is an off-road, point-to-point 24.7km run from Gorey to St Aubin's in Jersey. The varied terrain course follows Jersey's coastline, linking six different landmarks, and is timed to the small window when the usually submerged surface is exposed, making for a challenging but rewarding run.
