Course
A 5.6-mile lapped course based at Top Barn Campsite near Worcester, following parts of the Severn Way along the river to Grimley then returning through fields, footpaths and very quiet lanes. Relatively flat, well marked and marshalled. The route crosses private farmland and changes slightly each year.

The Joust is a timed ultra held at Top Barn Campsite near Worcester, where runners cover as many 5.6-mile laps as they can within 6, 12 or 24 hours. The 24-hour race can be entered solo, in pairs or in teams of up to eight. Camping on the Friday and Saturday nights is included in the entry fee.
