Course
An out-and-back course from the Suffolk Running Centre on Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, roughly 65% quiet tarmac and 35% open off-road through horse country, with 337m of climb. The marathon covers one full loop; shorter distances turn around on the Gallops Route and the ultra extends beyond the marathon route. Aid stations every 10km plus a main station at base camp. Mass start at 09:00, seven-hour limit.
