A hilly seven-mile road race on country lanes around Saltash in Cornwall, starting and finishing at Saltash Rugby Club, with good views over the Tamar and Lynher Estuaries. Water stations on course and at the finish. Capped at 500 runners, minimum age 16, and not suitable for wheelchairs.
