Course
Starts and finishes at Amberley Museum in the South Downs, with routes of roughly 22 km, 12 km and 6 km. Trails vary from fire roads and forest paths to farm tracks, with hills and technical sections, and all routes take in part of the South Downs Way. Outposts with snacks and water serve the middle and long routes.
