Course
A winter fundraising race on the lower North Shore trails near the Seymour River, starting from the Lynn Canyon Park east car park in North Vancouver. The route mixes technical and non-technical trail with some steep climbs and descents, and hot soup waits at the finish. Runners are asked to bring non-perishables for the food bank.
