Thetford Backyard Ultra

Course

A 4.167-mile (6.7 km) forest loop in Thetford Forest, repeated on the hour in last-one-standing format. The route is wide, flat and firm underfoot with good drainage and only one small rise, running mostly on gravel and grass footpaths. Six-hour and twelve-hour timed options share the same start and setup.
