Course
A point-to-point marathon along the Three Capes Scenic Loop on the Oregon coast, starting at Cape Meares, passing Cape Lookout and finishing at Cape Kiwanda. It can be run solo or split into five relay legs of 4.2 to 5.4 miles, with leg 3 rated the hardest. The route crosses six state parks and two national wildlife refuges, climbs nearly 2,400 ft, and includes beach running and stream crossings.
