Course
A flat half marathon through Cherry Creek State Park near Denver, with just 291 feet of gain over 13.1 miles. The route follows Cherry, Windmill and Cottonwood Creeks over a mix of wide smooth dirt trail, paved running paths and paved road. Start and finish are at the Hobie Hill parking lot. A two-person relay splits the course into 6.55-mile legs.
