About

The Tiken Trail is a nature running event in the heart of L'île aux Pies, taking runners through the great Oust valley and along the Nantes to Brest canal. The course features rocky cliffs and unique obstacles including a zipline and Tarzan jump, embodying the event's spirit of 'run and fun'. Participants will experience stunning landscapes where marshes and cliffs drop dramatically into the water at the classified natural site of L'île aux Pies.
