Course
A 35-mile circumnavigation of the Isle of Tiree, following the coastline the whole way. Runners cross firm sandy beaches, gravel tracks, grassy dunes, sheep tracks, some bog and rocky outcrops, with a few hills but nothing sustained. Checkpoints, route arrows and marshals mark the way; a two-person relay splits the distance.
