Trail des Sucs takes place around Yssingeaux in the Haute-Loire, crossing volcanic domes known locally as the 'Sucs' in the Auvergne region. Three distances are offered: a 12 km 'Orée des Sucs,' a 24 km 'Assaut des Sucs,' and a 33 km 'Trail des 5 Sucs.' The race is organized by the local Tri Yssingeaux club each November.
