About
Trail du Caroux starts in Mons in the Hérault, on the edge of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Park. The 30K, 18K and 10K routes climb into the granite peaks of the Caroux massif and pass close to the Gorges d'Héric, a well-known canyon popular with hikers and canyoners.
