Course
A 7-mile circular route starting at Launceston Town Square at 10am, with registration beforehand in the Town Hall. The first mile drops out of town onto undulating rural roads, climbing half a mile to Tregadillett at around 3.5 miles. From 4 miles the last three are mainly downhill to a finish in the grounds of Launceston Castle. Water at 3.5 and 5.5 miles.

Launceston Town Square is the starting point of this 7 mile circular race, which begins at 10am. Registration takes place beforehand in the Town Hall. The first mile heads down hill out of the town and onto undulating rural roads. The first water station is approximately 3.5 miles, adjacent to Tregadillett Primary School after a half mile climb to the village. After leaving the village at 4 miles, the last 3 miles are mainly downhill with the second water station at 5.5 miles where a fantastic finish line in the grounds of Launceston Castle awaits you.
