An obstacle course event held on natural terrain at Barossa Helicopters, Lyndoch, South Australia. The 10km course carries more than 30 obstacles and the 5km more than 15, among them A-frames, rope traversals, monkey bars, walls, sandbag carries and tyre walls. Mud is a feature; long pants and running or hiking shoes are advised.
