Course
The 5K starts at the Oregon Zoo, heads out along Kingston Drive towards the International Rose Garden and returns to finish inside the zoo at Elephant Plaza. The organisers describe the course as hilly, mixing zoo pathways with road sections. A Tot Trot for under-fives and a Gobble Gallop for ages five to ten are run alongside.

The Turkey Trot at the Zoo is great for the whole family. You can run or walk the 5 km course. You'll start at The Oregon Zoo, then head out on Kingston Drive toward the International Rose Garden, then return to finish inside the zoo at the Elephant Plaza. We offer two Kids events, the Tot Trot, for those 0-4 years old, and the Gobble Gallop, for those 5 through 10 years old. Approximately $25,000 of registration fees benefit The Oregon Zoo.
