Course
A 56 km ultra around the Cape Peninsula from Newlands: south along the False Bay coast through Muizenberg and Fish Hoek, over Chapman's Peak Drive above the Atlantic, through Hout Bay, then the long climb of Constantia Nek before the run down to finish at the University of Cape Town. Two big climbs in the second half decide the race.
