Course
Based at Wadsworth Community Centre in Old Town above Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. Two 50 km loops are offered, Red Rose in Lancashire and White Rose in Yorkshire, or both together as a 100 km. The Red Rose loop is the more technical and exposed, passing Stoodley Pike, Widdop Reservoir and Townley Park. The White Rose loop is mostly woodland and road, passing Haworth and Bingley.

An ultra-distance trail race through the Calderdale valley around Hebden Bridge, its name nodding to the historic rivalry between the House of York and House of Lancaster. The route crosses Pennine moorland and valley paths.
