Course
A multi-distance trail race in the WESSA uMngeni and Hilton Private Nature Reserves near Howick, following the uMngeni River through open grassland and valley bushveld on winding singletrack. Starts are staggered by distance, the longest setting off at 04:00 and the shortest at 08:00. Aid stations range from one on the shortest route to five on the longest, and the long courses carry a compulsory kit list.
