Course

A trail course over Vineyard Hill, taking in parts of Bradley Palmer State Park, a stretch of the Bay Circuit Trail and Greenbelt's Shaw Field. The trails are mostly wide and fast, with the climb over Vineyard Hill itself providing the main difficulty. Both a 5K and a 10K are offered.

This 5K/10K trail run winds through Vineyard Hill Reservation, Bradley Palmer State Park, the Bay Circuit Trail, and Greenbelt's Shaw Field in Hamilton. Now in its 17th year, it is organized by Essex County Greenbelt and part of the North Shore Trail Series, with proceeds supporting local land conservation.
