Course
The 10 miler runs the Virginia Beach oceanfront past King Neptune's statue, the Atlantic Avenue ferris wheel, Rudee Inlet, the Virginia Aquarium and the State Military Reservation, finishing on the boardwalk by the historic pier. The 5K covers a shorter oceanfront and beach route.

The Virginia Beach 10 Miler and 5K start near 12th Street and finish on the oceanfront boardwalk by the historic fishing pier, passing King Neptune's Statue, the Atlantic Avenue Ferris Wheel and Rudee Inlet along the way. Organized by J&A Racing, it runs as a companion event to the long-running Shamrock Marathon weekend.
