Starts at Grange and runs south along the Adelaide coast to Henley Beach South and back, on the sealed foreshore path. The 7 km is AIMS measured, with 14 km and 21.1 km built from repeats of the same out-and-back. Flat throughout, with a white dress theme for National Child Protection Week.

Coastalfunruns' White Coastal Run is held near National Child Protection Week each September. The course is an AIMS measured 7.0325km run from Grange to Henley Beach South and return, with a unique 'RUN WHITE' theme where a trophy is awarded to the runner/walker who best represents this theme.
