Whiterock Ultra

Course

Lapped trail races at Whiterock Conservancy, Coon Rapids, Iowa, starting and finishing at River House. The course is built from three named loops — Red (7.6 miles), White (11.6 miles) and Blue — combined to make the 50-mile and 50K distances over hilly trail, with gravel-road alternatives used if heavy rain closes the trails. The 50-mile starts at 12:01am, the 50K at 7am.
