Course
Four out-and-back legs radiating from Meonstoke Village Hall in Hampshire's Meon Valley, on well-trodden public trails including the South Downs Way and old railway lines, with short road sections linking sections. Runners choose 10km, 30km, 50km or 70km. Checkpoints carry water and snacks, including vegan and dairy-free options.
