The Wishlist K's 4 Cancer Fun Run is an annual charity run and walk held around Lake Kawana on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Entrants choose a 2.5 km, 5 km Paws Walk or 10 km course, and proceeds go to cancer services at the local health service.
