A 5.3-mile trail race at Frances Slocum State Park, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, run over primarily grass and earth trail. Starts are staggered by age group for an age-graded competition. Water is available at the finish, and runners are encouraged to carry their own hydration on course.

The Wyoming Valley Striders Spring Trail Run, now past its 32nd running, and the Jen Stec Memorial, now past its 10th running, are contested over a challenging, primarily grass and earth trail in an age-graded race at Frances Slocum State Park in Wyoming, Pennsylvania. The race honors Jen Stec, a friend to all runners and six-time first female finisher, who died at age 38.
