Course
Runs from Wyedean School in Sedbury, Chepstow along a disused railway line towards Tintern, on a flat, solid surface of compact stone, tarmac and forest path with a short rocky section and some steps. The route passes through the Tidenham Tunnel, over 1km long: 2km of tunnel on the 10km and halves, 4km on the marathon. The 10km is one out-and-back lap, the Valley View half two laps. Three feed stations on the halves, seven on the marathon.
