Course
All three races follow the waymarked Wales Coast Path and finish at Mumbles: the Ultra 50 starts and ends at Mumbles Cricket Club, the Ultra Bach from Weobley Castle and the Trail Race from Rhossili. The going takes in rolling cliff tops, soft trail, dunes and hidden coves, with inland woodland and old railway path and a fast flat stretch around Swansea Bay. The Ultra 50 has eight manned checkpoints with hot and cold food and a drop-bag service.
