Course
Runs over three days in the Lake District National Park, linking valleys on mountain trails around the lakes. Distances range from the 21 km 2 Valleys (439 m, 8-hour cut-off) through 58.1 km, 110.6 km and the full 185.7 km 13 Valleys with over 7,000 m of ascent and a 46.5-hour limit. Feed stations vary from one to twelve by route; all courses except the 7 and 13 Valleys are fully waymarked.
