Course
Two laps of a 2.5km circuit at Bowdon Rugby Club, running through wild fields, woodland and paths. Inflatable and non-inflatable obstacles are spread around the loop - a tyre run, hay bales, a crawler and a walk-the-line - and drinking stations sit roughly every kilometre. Runners choose a start time slot of 12pm, 1pm, 2pm or 3pm.
