Course
A mixed-terrain 10K starting on Lon Pen Cei and running out through the village high street and narrow lanes towards the beach. It takes in Tocyn Brutal, a 0.3-mile climb on rough track, then undulating road and a loop through the golf course, before finishing with a kilometre along the sand - groynes included - near the middle slip ramp. A 3K beach race starts an hour earlier. Cutoff 1hr 45min, minimum age 15.
