A single 5K on the trails at the Oswegatchie Educational Center, Croghan, open to runners, walkers and mountain bikers. The event is untimed and family-oriented rather than competitive, with a 10am start and a pancake breakfast included in the entry.

About
This event is timer-free and t-shirt-free, meant to be a fun time for all ages. The magnificent Long Pond Loop is the setting for a 5K featuring at least six different trail terrains, including double-wide truck trails, pavement, dirt roads, singletrack, and a suspension bridge. Mud puddles will be in the way, but so could ice, snow, boulders, or wildlife. Volunteers will be stationed at turning points, and a water station will be set up just before the halfway point.
