Course
A single 5K starting and finishing at the Roos House on the SUNY Canton campus. Runners cross footbridges onto Riverside Drive, pick up Main Street over the Grasse River, then return via Stillman Drive, Bird Street and the college access road before circling the CARC building to finish at the turf field. Sealed roads and campus paths throughout.

The SUNY Canton Men's Hockey and Women's Soccer are hosting a 5K Walk and Run to raise money for the Richard E. Winter Cancer Center in Ogdensburg, New York. Proceeds from registration will be split between the Men's Hockey and Women's Soccer programs, and all donations afterwards will be donated to the Cancer Center.
