Course
A 10K on fully closed roads around Barry's seafront, starting near Whitmore Bay and running out past the retail area and the Barry Dock Offices before climbing through Romilly Park. From 6K the route opens onto Bristol Channel views alongside Knapp pebble beach and Watch House Bay, then returns to the Island for a final 2K loop by the amusement park and a downhill finish near Friars Road gardens. One on-course water station.
