Course
An out-and-back loop leaving Museum Park in Swansea's Maritime Quarter, running around the Marina to the coast, along the coastal path, then back to the Marina and the finish. The surface is tarmac and hardstanding and the route is relatively flat, with the start and finish on grass. One section can be sandy depending on the wind.
