A single-loop 10K starting and finishing on Bertha Park green by the visitor car park. The winter route circles Bertha Loch, runs up to Almondbank and returns along the river through woods with gentle hills. Fully marked and marshalled, with technical and muddy sections mixed with stretches of tarmac, plus a water station on course.
