A 50 km trail ultra from Fox Holes Castle Camping in Bishop's Castle with about 5,000 ft of climb, mixing quiet back roads, forestry, meadows and single-track on parts of the Shropshire Way, Offa's Dyke Path and the Kerry Ridgeway. Three aid stations sit at miles 9, 15 and 24.
