Buxton Half Marathon

Course

A hilly half marathon out of Buxton in the Peak District, with registration in the Boardroom at Pavilion Gardens and a 10:00am start. The first climb comes early and is substantial. Four water stations are on course - mile 2.5, the top of the first climb, Glutton Bridge at mile 7 and Brierlow Bar at mile 10 - with water again at the finish.

A demanding half marathon starting in the spa town of Buxton, deep in the Peak District. The hilly route takes in the surrounding hills and valleys, making it one of the tougher half marathon courses in the country.
